Join me for a 45 minute Invigorating Yoga Flow Class at the School of Arts in Millthorpe.
The Class will be an Invigorating Yoga Flow which will bringing some warming energy to activate your inner fire. This class is suitable for all levels and ages however will be more suitable for those who have previously practiced yoga.
This will be an 6 week term, commencing on Monday 28th April through to Monday 9th June and will run from 8am - 8:45am. Prices below.
