Join me for a grounded and intentional 1-hour Yoga Sadhana held in my private home gym in Mandurama. This small-group offering (limited to just 6 participants) creates a supportive, intimate space to deepen your practice and reconnect with yourself.
This class is designed as a sadhana — a dedicated, consistent practice that nurtures strength, mobility, breath awareness, and inner steadiness. Each session weaves together:
Centering & breathwork (pranayama)
Steady, mindful asana flow
Strength and mobility work
Stillness, integration & short meditation
Expect a balanced practice that builds heat while remaining accessible and adaptable. Modifications and progressions will be offered to support all levels.
