In this spirit of mindful action and spacious movement, I’d love to invite you to practice with me next Sunday at Sage Beauty in Blayney. We’ll move through a 75-minute Vinyasa to Yin sequence, beginning with gentle, flowing movement and gradually softening into longer-held, nourishing poses. The class will close with Yoga Nidra, offering deep rest and integration.
To complete our practice, you’ll also be treated to a healthy, homemade raw sweet at the end of class — a small, nourishing offering to ground, connect, and savor the moment before returning to your day.
